Serene and private perched 500 feet above the ocean with panoramic view of all 5 islands.Located on private estate, private road. One of the few locations that both sunrises and sunset can be observed over the water. Chose from two very large cottages (aprox 600 sq feet each) both with fully kitchens, loft with king size bed and a trundle bed (sleeps 4) in Beachcomber  and in Endless Sunsets a  queen size bed and queen size sleeper that sleeps 4, two large picture windows nearly 8 feet in width giving breathtaking views.  Both are equipped with 42" HD satellite  TV's and washer/dryer combos for light laundry. Enjoy the cozy day barbecuing  on the deck or landing that serves as a perfect surf and sunset lookout.

Filming Location

 This unit can be secured for filming for various media requiring ocean views. This is a family location and is not available for pornographic use of any sort.

Newly built, with beachcombers in mind, it has a full kitchen with 
granite counters, cooking utensils and lots of room to stock your 
special cuisine choices.

 Not ready for the beach? Tour the Malibu Wine tasting vineyard in the foothills. 

 End the day in the hammock on the private sunset landing, while bar-b-quing dinner on the gas unit. Living area has TV, DVD, Satellite and wireless high 
speed internet hookup.  We provide beach chairs & umbrella for those 
long days in the sun. Linens & towels are provided.
